1. Purpose and scope

Yeurop B.V. takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of the website, the platform, and the personal data processed via Yeurop.

2. Data flows

Yeurop processes data that users and sellers enter themselves. In addition, real estate data, images, object IDs, and status information may be provided via JSON feeds, API integrations, or other systems. The exact data flow depends on the respective provider and integration.

3. Security measures

• communication with the website and integrations takes place via secure connections where technically possible;
• access to personal data and systems is restricted to what is necessary for the performance of work duties;
• API keys and other access credentials are managed server-side and are not placed publicly in the website code;
• data processing and technical integrations are logged where necessary for security, error analysis, and continuity;
• software and systems are maintained and updated where necessary;
• integrations and imports are monitored for availability and correct processing.

4. Incidents and data breaches

Yeurop registers and assesses security incidents. In the event of a possible data breach, we take measures to limit the consequences and assess whether notification to the Data Protection Authority or information to those involved is mandatory. Report a suspected security problem as soon as possible via admin@yeurop.com.

5. Limitations

No website, connection, or storage method can guarantee absolute security. Security measures are tailored to the risks and are evaluated and improved where necessary.

This page describes our approach in broad terms. For security reasons, we do not publish API keys, internal access credentials, exact server configurations, or other sensitive technical details.
